Foam Roll Toward a Better Swing

Loosen up your lats to get a quicker, fuller swing with a foam roller. Lie on one side with your knees slightly bent, place the roller perpendicular to your body and about 1 inch below your armpit. Using your feet as levers, slowly move the roller up and down the lat area, pausing on any extremely tender spots. You don't need to roll far or fast for it to loosen up the area!
